Rishton Reservoir on a sunny afternoon.

I went into Blackburn this morning on the train with Maria, so we could shop at the Mall for an hour before she had to go into college.
It was wonderfully warm and everyone was in T shirts, light tops and sandals.
The shops must be rejoicing that they can start selling their Summer ranges.
The reliable bus service home meant I could stop by Cut Wood and enjoy a cool walk through the trees.
I also blipped the reservoir. No sign of the heron who sometimes visits.
Earli on, the East Lancs Sailing Club had their boats out and it all looked very Summery and idyllic.
