The chef

I got home from work to find my dad cooking my favourite yakisoba noodles for tea... 

Obviously I'm missing Dave... and I should probably stay in my own home whilst he's away... but who wouldn't love this kind of treatment?  

Being spoilt, reverting to being a kid, getting looked after for a while, having a lovely dinner made for you, a cold bottle of prosecco on the go, nattering with my mum for hours...  no work in the morning, it's like having a mini holiday and I've only had to travel two streets away ...

even better, my neck is  feeling a lot better today... I can move my head properly, and after this relaxing evening and a good kip, I'm sure I'll be fully restored :-)
