Beam

There was an amazing beam of light shooting straight up into the sky as the sun set tonight. There must have been a hole in the clouds or something, it lasted for ages and was pretty cool. Glad to be off for the long weekend but have to be up early for the man to fit the new flooring in the kitchen. Freya and I disconnected the dishwasher and washing machine together so she could learn some future skills. Can't wait to put the washing machine back in tomorrow and get the new dishwasher fitted on Sunday, we've been washing dishes by hand since August!
