13 rescue ducks
were being moved into the farm today. Their owner was no longer able to keep them. This necessitated more building of pens to keep the ducks quarantined while they settle in. Bob built the pens with recycled pallets, wire netting and plenty of twine. I loved how the light hit the green netting. I can only apologise to any of you who are red/green colour-blind as this won't be an interesting picture to you. Sorry.
High levels of pre-birthday-party enthusiasm have finally worn the child out. This time tomorrow we'll have seen the movie, eaten the pizza, and had the debate about whether presents can be opened before the actual big day on Monday. Thank you for your lovely comments yesterday. I'm planning a big blip session on Sunday to catch up with photos, comments and people.
