Leek & Cheese Crumble

I was able to dig a few leeks up from the semi-frozen veg bed to make this crumble for the first time.  It was very tasty but we both agreed the crumble was a bit too thick and too rich so I will cut down on both next time.  Still lots of leeks left in the garden, which is a good thing.
Didn't feel too well today after a bad night's sleep, and the heart working too hard.  I suppose my body has to get used to the beta-blocker, there are bound to be adjustment problems.
Instead of a dog-walk I caught up with The Great British Sewing Bee, and am looking forward to the remaining episodes.  I love watching this as much as I love sewing.  I find the talents of the men amazing.
