Exploding veg!

Back to our favourite dog walk today - a stroll along the prom  and again in warm sunshine.

Long may it continue.

Back to a new veggie dinner experiment.. It didn't start off  too well when the aubergine exploded in the oven!

Big is much better - even if I do say so myself!
