Day T - 45: All smiles and miles
"So you can't run for a bit but that's no excuse for sitting on you arse and getting fat and feeling sorry for yourself"
That was more or less the advice I read with respect to achillies problems. You can swim, cycle and do weights. As long as it doesn't aggravate the problem do it.
With that advice I have embarked on a bit of a cycle-fest and it looks like it will continue for much of the week. Thankfully the weather has got better and I have seen loads of people out enjoying the sun putting in the miles just like me.
