Mrs T has done a bit of cupboard tidying, the contents of the spice and herb shelves being decimated on the grounds that many were ten years out of date.Then she started cleaning some little used glassware and found these lurking in a dark corner. It would be untrue to say that we didn't know we had them, it's just that we had forgotten. After all, who uses salt cellars at home?
I was then prompted to do a little research, the glass parts almost certainly came from Stourbridge and the hallmarks tell me that the silver was made in Birmingham in1905.
Now the question is, what do we do with them?
