Spider

Captured this Spider in a jar and his rent was to pose for my blip today.  Not a very kind landlady though, because I evicted him into the cold garden afterwards:-(   I expect he'll survive however:-)


Have just finished reading Kurt Vonnegut's 'Mother Night', and started on 'The Flock' by Joan Frances Casey.  Interesting because 'Mother Night' reads like a true story but is actually a novel, while 'The Flock' reads like a novel but is actually a true autobiography.  'Mother Night' reminds me of 'Mephisto' which I read some weeks ago, but this time it is a writer who sells his soul to the Nazis, not an actor.
