Dian

I had a lovely lunch with mum in Leeds today after a frosty play around with CJ at the park.

Dian has been a sushi chef for nine years.  He was a lovely fellow and keen to tell us about his favourite salmon dishes.  I reckon he prepared a dozen or so salmon while we were sitting there - not an ounce of it wasted.

At least it was only me who chopped off his fingers.
