Leeds Liverpool Canal

Finally, I feel as though I'm back in the land of the living! Just need to build my strength back up now. Met a friend and went for a stroll along the canal from Scarisbrick Marina. I think the fresh air and exercise did me good but I was careful not to overdo it.

Now I just need to try and catch up with work.
