recollections exist forlornly, like events cooled, timidly
ebbing into reverberate antagonism; the whens are
foreshortened so as to make the nows seem barraged
lackadaisically, and as a result what was once considered
effort resembles something amiss, crafted precariously, a
collection of projected desires, a professional’s design
turned caustic, eliciting lusterless feigned exciter routines.
