House Wren

Male House Wrens are rosy red around the face and upper breast, with a streaky brown back, belly and tail. In flight, their red rump is conspicuous. Females  are plain grayish-brown with thick, blurry streaks.
These gregarious little creatures collect at feeders or perch high in nearby trees. They move fairly slowly and  their flight is bouncy.
