Liège

If there is one road that I know well in Europe, it is the Cologne-Brussels one by train. It's a 1hour 50 ride with stops in Aachen, Liège and Brussels.
I am not sure whether this tower was there the last 5 years but since a while it always make me think: how does it fit in the scenery ? Should it fit at all?
