Olympic torch relay 2012, Yeovil

The marrying on the torches...

What a crazy morning! dd3 kept on and on about going to see the torch, i said she'll never be up in time! Que 7:15 this morning she awakes and is dressed! and raring to go.. the torch was due to go through yeovil at 7:30ish and we had a good 10 min walk to get to where it was....

7:25 we are there! just as the police was shutting off one of the side roads and we stood at the entrance.. just expecting to see them run past..... but nope!
We were stood in the perfect place to see the torch being passed... yay! for photos..

Of which i took a few and found it hard which to put on here lol But i like how the flag from the bus behind has fallen behind the alight torches in this one.

ps.. im sorry, but i still don't understand all the excitement behind it :S im not a sporty person.. but i do like the buzz of getting a good picture!
