Test

Meanwhile in the lab, I am trying to develop a protocol for sterile DNA extractions of 96 samples lined up in a 'plate'. If I get this to work, it would really save me a lot of time (it would be ~ 4x as fast). However, figuring out this protocol is starting to become a project in itself..to the point where I am beginning to wonder if it wouldn't have been faster to just use the old method. 
Here is the result of today's test, in which I checked for possible leakage using food dye colored water. As you can see: bad news.
