A 'pop-up' shop....

...@ the old Dofos pet shop in Blenheim Place, London Road Edinburgh, are hosting an  excellent exhibition of photography by Simon Paterson, (Feb 1-13) 'The Barber Shop (as in male grooming) Quartet'.

Dofos, an Edinburgh landmark for over sixty years, has lain empty and abandoned until recently. This is Brian of 'Pieute' retailers of fine skateboarding apparel and supporters of local artists showing me around the vibrant, freshly decorated interior.

Can't think of a better use of derelict urban space.
