Chickenwatch

4 more arrivals overnight then 2 more during the morning and an assisted arrival at lunchtime. One egg left in the incubator and the rest have moved into the breeder. Two boys named KFC and Chicken Little and the girls have not been named except Babs.
The chickens have everybody enthralled. The young people love them (despite being pee-ed and pooped on), the staff love them (one of them was greeting when we thought the wee assisted delivery wasn't going to make it) and even the managers are chuffed with them.
This is usually a nursery/ early years piece of work but for our client group it's just been an amazing nurture experience. And we've still got them to entertain us for another week with their bizarre mass falling asleep and following a pencil through the glass. Not sure if they would enjoy a hurl in the remote control car though, as was suggested today!
