Flaxseed
On Monday I made some flaxseed bread.
It has featured in many meals this week (tonight fish with a flaxseed, vintage Gouda and chilli crumb)
There are 5 slices left to try and convince the kids, I shall be sprinkling it on their Rice Krispies in the morning.
Next week I am knitting lentils
