Heart of glass

Couldn't resist another river reflection, squinty bridge looking great today in the milky glass of the Clyde.

In other news, my favourite meeting of the day involved a Buddhist, peppermint tea, a few tears and some fabulous bits of wisdom that I hope to put into practice.
