Went to Latrigg this morning as haven't been there for a while and the views of Skiddaw and surrounding fells were wonderful with all the snow about.  The footpaths were very icy though and I was kicking myself for not bringing my spikey things for my boots.  I avoided the icy paths and walked on the snowy grass instead, much safer :). We've been so lucky with the weather, long may it continue :)  So today's blip had to be Skiddaw which I have actually been up once, many years ago.
