A Chatter of Chaffinches

I'm sure there's a proper term for them, but this seemed appropriate because of the noise they were making high up in the tallest tree in the garden:-)  You don't see any for ages and then 20 come along at once!

My husband had to take his car in to the garage in Perth today, so I came along for the ride as it was such a beautiful sunny morning.  We ended up wandering round B&Q and the garden centre looking for a greenhouse heater, so the opportunity for a sunny blip of Perth was lost.

Supermarket shopping later, so it was another quick run round the garden to see what I could find and this was it!
