Do not touch!

Today we hired a car and drove to the north of the island to visit the Cactus Gardens and the "green" caves. Some of the cacti were 20ft high; some looked quite soft and furry, and all were amazing. We were fascinated by some lizards weaving their way through the spikes. At last we saw the sun for an hour or two and thoroughly enjoyed our day.
The caves were huge caverns joined by narrow passages and were completely dry and warm. It was difficult to capture them in a photograph, so we chose our prickly blip instead.
