Hedge laying break

Very cold conservation morning today.  3 of us were cutting stakes and long lengths of willow for the weaving part of hedge laying.  Everyone was ready for their hot drink.  Someone brought some fresh cream cakes which had been reduced from £3 to 10p by Sainsburys.  No trouble polishing them off.  I stuck to eating some flapjack!
