cheesecake

I got a new receipe of a cheesekake and - oh it was sooo yummy.... easy to do so if you are interested.... here we go:
1 kg of low fat curt (cheese)
6!!!! eggs
300 grams sugar
butter/breadcrumbs

mix the egg yolk with the cheese 
beat the egg white until stiff - mix it with sugar and then with the cheese and egg yolk..
butter the cake pin and put a littleof  breadcrumbs on it - put the cheese/sugar/egg yolk on it and bake it with 180 degrees C for an hour.... yummy yummy yummy :))) bon appetit:)))
