Lowther Hills

Wednesday saw the Early Ooters visit Wanlockhead, the highest village in Scotland. The walk took us to the top of Lowther Hill then on to Green Lowther. Magnificent views all round including England over the Solway and six major wind farms. Refreshments in Scotland's highest pub (and brewery) in Wanlockhead before the journey home.
