Do I have to move?

I'm home from what feels like it might've been a long day, and sat down to take my shoes off before I went to go cook dinner, and I really felt like just laying down on my bed and not moving, but well I'm told that I need to eat so as much as I didn't wanna move I did. 61/2hrs of work and then I spent the afternoon doing some more on my painting task which I am so enjoying. But I think my body was not happy with a 2nd afternoon in a row kneeling on the floor crouched over the painting ... and all I can hear in my head is Delwyn saying "I told you to look after yourself and take lots of breaks" I'm sure she knew as she said it that I wouldn't, she knows what I'm like when I start a task like that and I do so enjoy it.
