Sleeping Beauty

Carys seemed a bit better this morning and went off to school fine. However she slipped on the way from the mobiles to assembly and grazed her hip and bashed her thumb so she is still feeling sorry for herself. This was compounded by me going up to school for a meeting at 5pm and going out for dinner and a quiz at 7.30pm. I did get home in between and I did do her bedtime story but she doesn't like it when I go out.

So I had a nice evening with friends from work and we had a laugh about the quiz and then we won the quiz! Not sure how, but we did. £30 towards the tab. Not at all a bad night.

I checked on both my lovelies when I got home. Carys looked really snuggly.
