A quiet morning walk with a lovely moon, eventually the lads caught up with me and we chatted as the dogs sniffed.

Work was an episode of loose women.

Ran to football, felt good and lifted the pace.

A session on defending, pressure, cover and support. They listened and in the game at the end were superb.
