Watching over me?

It's been a busy day, and since I've not had a full week off work since August, I'm pretty damn tired too.

However I have just signed myself up to take part in white water rafting in Perth next month for Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland, so I hope I have some of these little cherubs watching over me because I am cacking myself!

To be honest I'd rather be on the dry side of the river taking photos rather than doing a 3 mile warm up before then going on to ride the rapids.

Bring it on.......!
