Rite Of Passage

My eldest daughter, Sarah, sent me this photograph of my Granddaughter, Anais, today.
Anais has broken a bone in her left arm, an accident on her scooter.
Her Mum, Sarah, never had a cast, I've had several, the last a couple of years ago, a pink fibre glass one.
I'm not sure if Anais has a fibre glass or chemical one. I'll have to ask tomorrow.
