4 February 2015 - A Bridge Across the River Usk!

I got out of Aberystwyth today with work and visited a company in Newport, really interesting company with lots of potential.  So after the meeting I wanted somewhere to go to eat my lunch and drink my thermos flask of tea so headed to the Newport Transportation Bridge as I had never seen it before and it is almost unique (only six in the world!).  Really interesting bridge, shame that it was not working otherwise I would of had a ride on it!

Lovely drive across Wales today, gorgeous sunrise and the sun made the snow on the Brecon Beacons pop but could not stop to get a picture unfortunately.  Driving in Wales is lovely if only for all the lorries that get in the way!!!

Quiet evening again, made some soup for my lunches for the rest of the week and done the washing up (rock and roll!!!) Might get to watch a film but it depends on whether the lure of Professor Brian Cox wins out!
