I spent a challenging and memorable morning helping at the medical centre of a refugee camp. Hundreds crowded into the tent and I helped triage them- involving taking loads of temperatures and being the bad cop telling the many who didn't need to be there to go home (the local workers are too ashamed to say that in this culture but they listened rather reluctantly to the foreigner!)
