I used a photo of this building just recently but I think I got a better angle today. This was just prior to discovering the Bonington Shop in the Department of Art and Design and stocking up on lino. I can't believe I didn't know it was there before! Very exciting stuff...

I've been listening to Darren Hayman's new album 'Chants For Socialists' and I'm going to recommend it to everyone I meet too - I can see even people who've struggled with the Essex Indie-boy in the past finding room in their hearts for this one. It's his settings for a pamphlet of lyrics by William Morris. You can download it on a 'pay according to your means' basis from his bandcamp page and there's an interesting little video about the making of it  here, which also features some very nice letterpress printing-porn towards the end...
