My long last cycle home for this winter?

Cycled from Livingston to Edinburgh along the Union Canal and arrived just in the last light.
Dining at Pizzaexpress with Baerbel, Georg and Ian to reward myself.

Why in the world are there so many glas splinters everywhere in Scotland??? On every path, every street... That annoys the hell out of me!
