This lower plant was up quite high

I spotted this lovely fern in growing in a crack in the wall in the back garden of my son's house.

A gorgeous Maidenhair Spleenwort Asplenium trichomanes

Lovely.

I have a particular fondness for ferns - takes me back to my days at RBGE. Hmmmm - long overdue a little visit I think.
