Change of venue

Foresthills timeshare resort near to Aberfoyle used to have its own ice rink and week 5 (this week) was the week when many curlers went, particularly to curl.. However, they removed the ice rink some years ago and those who wish to curl now travel to the Peak in Stirling for a competition.  We were invited along to make up a party of 16 curlers.  The team I was in won 1 and lost 1.  J's team won 2 games so they were the overall winners.  That makes up for me being in the winning team for the grand competition in Zermatt - but he didn't get a large chocolate curling stone!
