THAT HEADSTOCK AGAIN...

Be that as it may, I've given it a hefty new Indian rosewood head plate. Everything has been carved & sanded. And it's got its first coat of sealer - a thick cellulosic varnish which fills up the pores. another couple tomorrow - then a polish coat or three...

Bit of luck - it'll be stringed up Thursday. :o)
