It's frothy man

Bike chat, hair dressing chat, spiral dynamics chat, beer chat and then more bike chat.

All that chat meant I missed lunch but I got home to a roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings followed by a bottle of Insto's frothy , delicious and lethal pale ale.
