Frozen

Today would have been Mum's 80th birthday.  I still miss her and would like her help sometimes with difficult stuff.  Today has been one of those days.

I popped out after lunch and went to Loughrigg Tarn.  The lake was almost totally frozen and making strange creaking noises as the ice shifted.  Lots of walkers out  enjoying the sunshine.
