Mindless Vandalism...and no talent

The theme is 'Grafitti, art or not?'
IMO spraying nonsense (or anything) on other peoples property is vandalism and a crime.
We live in a beautiful 'Pueblo Blanco' (white washed village) in Southern Spain. Sadly this alleyway is constantly grafittied. I asked the house owners what they thought.. and they just shrugged their shoulders and said, 'We paint over it.'  The Spanish are very fatalistic and rarely pro-active, so joining a neighbourhood watch scheme to catch the culprits was out of the question. They alleyway is a rat run from a nearby school. But we are not the only part of the village to be targeted. Sadly something is visible in every part of the town whether on private homes or public street furniture.  
I am not against well executed murals (such as the marvelous Robert Lenkiewicz ones.)

I can even handle a bit of Banksy and some of the good ones other have posted on this theme.

But nonsense on our property is a very annoying social nuisance.
