Getting It Right For This Child

The reason I do the job I do is because it is built into my nature to help others. I'm not boasting - I have all the school reports and employment recommendations to prove it :)

However, it gives me a great amount of joy and a confidence boost when a child tells me that I'm doing a great job in supporting them and can list off the things I've taught them or talked about to help them manage their emotions and experiences. I tend to find that Children are notoriously truthful in saying if you are getting things right for them.

This isn't my work mug but it caught my eye on return to the office :)
