Baker Hughes 10K

Today was the Baker Hughes 10k run and fun run, and wheelchair race (although with only one registered wheelchair athlete taking part not much of a race?!

I was there on work duty from first thing until it all got finished at Lunch time.
Fun, but quite hard work with lots of running about.

The weather was warm, they had a record number of entries in the race and we did pretty well. I think I secretly envied those taking part this year. I think. But I remember how much I hated the training for it when I've done it in the past.

Next year.... Maybe.
