chocolate mousse
I had a (currently very rare) moment of culinary inspiration.
6 bananas, 10 dried apricots, 2 tblsp cashew nut butter, 2 tblsp cocoa powder dissolved in hot water and a good slug of almond milk. Blended very smooth.
Nell and I ate ours straight away- the most delicious chocolate smoothie. Really Lovely. And it sets properly in the fridge into mousse, and it freezes into icecreams too.
Sorry, that's it, I promise i'm not turning this into some kind of recipe exchange forum.
