the weekend again...

I dunno what's happening to time these days; the week just seems shorter and shorter.

Usual start to Saturday with swimming lessons for +1/3 and +2/3 then quick lunch, +2/3 collected to go to the Rainbow's Sparkle Party (25 years of Rainbows, which is the precursor to Brownies) with all other Rainbows from P&K (which must have been 300+). As it was a sparkle party they had to bling up.

While +2/3 was away, we nipped into Perth to see +1/3's picture; there's an exhibition at the museum and art gallery of work from school children in P&K and we found +1/3's picture no problem. Apparently it's not his best work, but we thought it was rather good! Whilst in town, time for a quick haircut.

The picture is part of the fleece of a glass sheep that's in the art gallery.

Back to the house just in time to pack the car and head off to a gig, collecting our bass player, PA and lights en route. Back by 1am, knackered.
