Happy Birthday Girls!

Today is Fiona and Buttercup's 9th Birthday.  They are sisters and best friends.  This morning Moira and I took the girls into Bark Life for their grooming appointment.  After the girls happily went to get their bath, we took our time picking out a healthy Dog cake to celebrate their birthday.  My Birthday balloons were still floating so we had decorations.  Moira picked out a pink plate to put the cake on.  She told me it had to be pink not blue!  She also wanted to give them a Princess Happy Birthday napkin, but I explained that they would probable eat the napkin so we left that out of the celebration.  It was a little tricky keeping the girls calm and seated on the the chair while I took pictures.  Once the cake came out and we started to sing Happy Birthday, the paws came up on the table and the cake was history.  If you care to see the rest of the party, click here.  I have never celebrated my dogs birthdays until I started watching Moira.  She so loves birthdays that it has been fun to share the dogs birthdays with her.
