Lacking spirit!

Well I've felt pants all day (she STILL on with the bottom thing!) ache all over, throat on fire and coughing like a seal (do seals cough???).
I tried to summon up some spirit (see what I did there) to take part in this week's mono Monday - 'spirit' but it's an early night for me, with a warm drink and a hot water bottle!  I do like the spiritualness and calm of candles, but this looks rubbish in mono, and only slightly better in colour!
