On guard

I've had a great day today. A big long drive up to the North East for a visit to Aberdeenshire's Museum Stores.

I love it when you get to see 'backstage' at someone else's work. From the staff room, the giant freezer and the dark room to the conservation lab and stores it was all FASCINATING. All brought to life by the knowledgable and enthusiastic staff at Mintlaw.
