Stob Coire na Ceannain from Roy Bridge
"Emergency Blip"
I have seen this term come up a few times since starting to publish Blips a few weeks ago and didn't really get it. Today we have been working chaotically in very dense woodland, there were opportunities but the camera was left miles away in the car.
Anyway, the Grey Corries sky line, part of which I see from our door, is one I will never tire of. This is Stob Coire na Ceannain from the Knoll in Roy Bridge this evening, just catching some setting sunshine. Despite its height of 1123m (914m is 3000 feet) it is not a Munro because it has a much higher neighbour to the west wearing that badge. It is a cracking hill and I can't bring myself to suggest this as my "emergency blip". It almost sounds disrespectful but it is all I have today.
