Street Art... McLean Alley

A back lane in Melbourne yielded a most pleasant surprise early this morning

On my walk I usually wander around a few streets and lanes to see what is back from the hustle of the early morning commuters.

Today I found a little gem

McLean Alley has two wonderful stencil street art pieces. In fact some of the finest I have seen. They were not large or in your face, like a lot of street art tends to be.

These were subtle,and above eye level, proving the point that it pays to look up.

I have not had a lot of time to research this piece, but from the little time I had today before we headed to the airport I have not been able to establish who is the artist. I would love to know as it is a style that I really love.
